Water well construction hits a snag

WILLIAMSTOWN -- Just when one problem plaguing the construction of a new well was under control, another one has arisen in the past week.



Public Works Director Timothy A. Kaiser said Friday efforts to finish the well off Stetson Road have halted temporarily after six or seven attempts to install a screen at the bottom of it failed.
