Farm gears up for syrup season

ADAMS -- The taps are flowing, the boilers are warmed up and sugar is solidifying as maple syrup season has begun in North County.



Up at the Ziemba Farm on East Road, Mike Ziemba said they had just started maple syrup production this week when the weather began cooperating.
