Mount Greylock PTO seeks donations of services for Jan. 29 silent auction fundraiser

Submitted by: Anne KARABINOS <akarabinos@msn.com>

The MGRHS PTO is seeking donations of services for its upcoming silent auction
to be called “At Your Service”. Do you have a talent you can share? Last
year’s auction included a wide range of offerings, including tennis lessons,
homemade cakes and cinnamon rolls, horseback riding lessons, ski passes, and a
weekend at a lake cottage.

You do not need to attend the event in order to make a donation. Cash
contributions from businesses and individuals are also welcome and will be
acknowledged in our list of event sponsors.

The auction will be held January 29, from 3-5 pm in Goodrich Hall on Rt. 2 in
Williamstown – next to the Williams College Museum of Art (and eye sculptures).

Proceeds from the auction will be used to overhaul the school's website and
on-line capabilities in line with the PTO's priority for the year to improve
communications within the Mt. Greylock community. This event is the PTO’s
major fundraiser for the year.

Please contact Anne Karabinos (akarabinos@msn.com or 458-5304) if you can
donate an auction service or would like to help sponsor this event.

In order to help with publicity, we would appreciate hearing from you as soon
as possible. We are hoping to have a final list of donations by January 16.

Thanks from the At Your Service Committee!
Anne Karabinos, Beth Phelps, Nancy Nylen, John MacDonald, Alison Kolesar, Lisa
Hiley, Anne Hogeland, Kaatje White, Debby Dane, Deryle Capozzi
