Wednesday October 27, 2010 WILLIAMSTOWN -- Wild Oats Market, a cooperatively owned market specializing in local and organic foods, will host an evening workshop on "Optimizing Health & Nutrition Through Food" on Thursday, Oct. 28, at 6:30 p.m., in the Wild Oats café.
