Thursday August 5th 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Ice Cream Social and Open House at Sheep Hill

The public is invited to a summer open house and ice cream social on Thursday August 5th from 2 - 4 PM at Sheep Hill, a conservation property and the headquarters of the Williamstown Rural Lands Foundation.

Summer is a great time to visit beautiful Sheep Hill. The open house offers the opportunity to wander the meadow trails, marvel at the panoramic views from the top, look for butterflies and other meadow dwellers, explore the buildings and grounds, and cool off with local ice cream and seasonal fruits. A guided nature hike and activities and crafts for children will also be offered. Suggested donation $3

The Williamstown Rural Lands Foundation is a non-profit, member-supported land conservation trust dedicated to preserving the rural New England character of Williamstown and the surrounding area. Sheep Hill is one of several WRLF-held conservation properties open to the public for hiking and enjoyment of nature.
